💍This Sonic's personality is based on his IDW interpretation, meaning that he is carefree, talkative, hyperactive, impatient, confident, and sassy, and he has a hint of arrogance in most things he does while still being the hero his friends can rely on.💍Sonic will often travel the world looking for adventure, living a nomadic lifestyle much like his canon version.💍This Sonic's timeline pulls from all sorts of media, and isn't intended to be entirely canon to the game series.💍As stated in the previous headcanon this Sonic will pull from a multitude of media, meaning that characters from both the IDW comics and the Archie comics will be canon such as Sally or Tangle, although he won't have the same history with them.💍My headcanon for Classic Sonic's voice is the voice done by BlueSpeedMouse in Adrenaline dub's Sonic 30th Anniversary Special (IDW) - Seasons of Chaos Dub. I just can't help but think of the voice whenever I see Classic Sonic.💍Sonic will have been raised by his Uncle Chuck in this interpretation, while he can go to Chuck's home Sonic prefers to live through his nomadic lifestyle.💍This interpretation of Sonic doesn't have any interest in romance, seeing characters like Amy and Sally more like close friends than potential love interests.💍This Sonic's timeline spawns off of his own version of Generations, meaning that his timeline is different from his modern counterpart's.💍Sonic has a fear of water due to a traumatic experience in his childhood in this interpretation.💍During the ending of Sonic 2 in this interpretation Sonic doesn't turn into Super Sonic during his fall from the death egg, only becoming Super Sonic again during the introduction to Sonic 3 and Knuckles.💍Sonic will sneeze whenever danger is nearby, it acts similar to Spider-man's spider sense.💍Sonic's eyelids are peach colored.💍Sonic's birthday is on June 23.

Chapter 1

💍Sonic the hedgehog was born to a family on Christmas Island, an island known for it's peaceful residents and lack of conflict. From a young age Sonic was very hyperactive, showcasing his speed for most of his young life. Sonic would one day find a chaos emerald at the age of 5, his Uncle Chuck telling him to keep ahold of that mystical gem for it might be good luck in the future. Sometime afterward Sonic's parents would go missing, leading to the blue hedgehog being taken in by his Uncle Chuck. From then on the two would move from place to place for his Uncle's research, giving the blue hedgehog his first real experiences in the outside world.💍While moving from place to place Sonic would often wander off in search of adventure, usually getting himself into trouble along the way. While on one of these adventures Sonic would come across a young Princess Sally who was standing by a lake. Sonic was about to run off before he heard heavy footsteps, the owner of those footsteps being robots that resembled human armor that Sonic would later learn were called Swat-Bots. While at first Sonic could assume that they were there to protect her, they'd raise their gun mounted arms towards the princess. Being quick to react, the little blue savior would roll into them causing them to fire into the air.💍After this event Sonic would become fast friends with Sally, the two constantly bickering back and forth about childish matters whenever possible. Sonic would also befriend Sally's friends, consisting of Bunnie the Rabbit, Rotor the Walrus, and Antoine D'Coolette. Throughout the few weeks Sonic stayed this group would have their own mini adventures around Mobotropolis, even uncovering a plot by the Royal advisor Snively that was about taking over the kingdom. After putting a stop to the advisor's plot the time would finally come for Sonic and his Uncle to move to their next home, after a goodbye the two Hedgehogs would be on their way. During their stay at Mobotropolis Sonic would discover his love for chilidogs after his Uncle made some for him.💍After the events at Mobotropolis the young Hedgehog would begin to act more hyperactive than ever, excited for whatever adventures awaited him next. This would come back to bite him whenever his Uncle decided to take him on an expedition to the Labrynth zone on South island. Sonic would run around the zone while ignoring his Uncle's warnings about the deep water, eventually falling in and needing to find a way out. This event would go on to be the cause of Sonic's Thalassophobia developing in the first place. Sonic would proceed to wait outside of the zone for his Uncle after getting out of the water, refusing to go back in for fear that he'd fall again.

Chapter 2

💍A few years would go by, Sonic now being 15 years old. The hedgehog had been out on his own for a few months now, his Uncle once more at Mobotropolis in order to go over his research. Sonic was running through the green hills of South island when he spotted some poor animals being attacked by Motobugs, being the self proclaimed hero he was he'd destroy the badniks with a spindash. After this he'd see that there was a round man collecting animals in large containers in order to turn them into robots, something Sonic just couldn't stand for. This was Sonic's first ever meeting with Doctor Eggman, and would spark an adventure that would take him all over South island, even discovering how to obtain the rest of the 5 chaos emeralds. Sonic would travel through green hills, across bridges, through the jungle, over fiery pits surrounded by ruins, and across dangerous amusement parks.💍Sonic would then be faced with the Labrynth zone that had traumatized him as a child, being forced to navigate through the maze like ruins while saving his animal friends along the way. From that point onwards he'd be quickly approaching Eggman's base, running through a construction site with the night sky shining above him. Once at the scrapbrain zone Sonic would be plunged back into the labrynth, once more escaping before facing Eggman in his home base. Sonic would soon win, Eggman escaping soon after as Sonic retreated to the Green Hill zone once again to celebrate his victory over the mad doctor. Once in the Green hill zone the chaos emeralds he had collected would respond to Sonic's heroic heart, bringing flowers to life while also giving Sonic a vision of a 7th chaos emerald on the distant West Side Island.💍Sonic and his Uncle would decide to meet up at Never lake in order for them to both see the fabled Little Planet appear over the lake, and for Uncle Chuck to gift Sonic his very own plane so that he may be able to go to West Side Island afterwards. Sonic would be the first to arrive, running through loops, across water, and up mountains in order to get a good view of the lake. What the blue hedgehog saw was frightening, the face of Eggman on the mountain and Little Planet chained up. Sonic didn't think it was possible since he had only just recently defeated the Egg shaped villain, so he'd launch himself at the planet at top speed in order to investigate. Once there Sonic would discover that Eggman had installed sign posts that ran off of the Time stones' energy, allowing for time travel which the blue hedgehog would use to fix time.💍Upon reaching the end of Palmtree Panic zone Sonic would come into contact with a pink hedgehog who claimed the two were meant for each other, even embracing Sonic out of nowhere. After finally getting away from the pink hedgehog, Sonic would head into the Collision Chaos Zone. While being blocked by spikes the pink hedgehog would catch up, Sonic being forced to talk with her and learning that her name was Amy. The conversation was short lived as the spikes would suddenly scatter, Sonic grabbing Amy and jumping up before having her get snatched from him by his robotic doppelganger. Sonic would give chase, adding another objective to this new adventure, get the time stones, fix the past, rescue Amy.💍Sonic would do just that, collecting the time stones and even beating Metal Sonic in a race before saving Amy. After that all that was left to do was find and defeat Eggman, which the blue hedgehog would manage to do in record time before escaping the planet with Amy. Sonic would then retreat, and once finding his uncle the two would watch as Little Planet disappeared like it did every year before, this time leaving flowers behind in it's path.

Chapter 3

💍Now equipped with a stylish messenger bag as well as a biplane dubbed "The Tornado", Sonic would fly his way to West Side Island, making it to the Emerald Hill Zone. It was there that Sonic would meet who would go on to become one of his most trusted friends throughout his life, a young two-tailed fox who was getting bullied for his birth defect. Sonic would rush through in a hurry as he didn't want to lose Eggman, although he'd take care of the bullies and leave. The blue hedgehog was surprised when he looked behind him only to see the fox keeping up with him, from that point on they'd journey through West Side island and collect all 7 chaos emeralds while beating Eggman along the way. This went on until they reached the Wing Fortress zone, the Tornado had been shot down with Tails in it as Sonic jumped off and into the winged fortress.💍After watching Tails going down, Sonic would discover the true power of the 7 Emeralds for the first of many times. Sonic's normally blue quils would suddenly turn a golden color as he felt his power spike an insane amount. From there Sonic would begin trashing Wing fortress much to Eggman's dismay, the form running out soon after Eggman had evacuated. Sonic would jump out to catch Eggman's rocket, missing but to his surprised his two tailed friend returned to help Sonic reach his destination. Now Sonic would go to the death egg, where he'd fight yet another robotic doppelganger, this time dubbed "Silver Sonic" along with Eggman's Death egg robot.💍The death egg would soon collapse, causing Sonic to jump out, while falling he'd still not have enough energy to become Super Sonic again. Thankfully Tails was below, catching Sonic on the wing of the now repaired Tornado, this event defining the trust to two share for the rest of their lives. Soon they'd chase Eggman to Angel island, Sonic by now turning into Super Sonic and going on ahead. Before Sonic could get far he'd get uppercut by a red Echidna, who would knock the emeralds right out of Sonic. From here on it was another hunt for the emeralds, now starting a rivalry between the blue hedgehog and the last echidna. Eventually the duo of Sonic and Tails would take down the big arms, causing the death egg to crash down once more into angel island, Sonic soon losing the emeralds once more causing him to seek out the super emeralds.💍Eventually after many close encounters with Knuckles, the two would clash in the Hidden Palace Zone. After their battle ended in a win for Sonic the trio would discover Doctor Eggman making a getaway with the Master emerald in the room over, the three giving chase to the Sky Sanctuary. After getting Knuckles' reluctant blessing Sonic and Tails would make their way up Sky Sanctuary while fighting a new Mecha Sonic piloting familiar machines, this time the duo making it onto the death egg together. After making it through the death egg zone Sonic would give chase to Eggman who was escaping in his giant egg robo with the master emerald, Sonic accessing his hyper state for the first and only time thus far. Sonic would soon return the Master Emerald to it's rightful place, Angel Island rising up to the sky just as it had been doing previously.

Chapter 4

💍Another adventure would pass by with Sonic and Tails returning to South island and thwarting another evil plot. Just when Sonic thought he had a moment to relax in the Green hills this all started in, a strange time beast would appear and pull him into white space. Upon exploring Sonic would recognize a few places, however a majority would be unfamiliar to him. Soon enough Sonic would come into contact with an older version of himself and Tails, his own Tails soon joining them. After saving his older self's friends and putting a stop to the Eggmans' evil plot he'd return to his own timeline, with reassurance from his modern self that his future was bright.💍Upon their return Sonic would find himself caught in the middle of another conflict, in the time that he and Tails were gone Metal Sonic would have attacked Knuckles. Eggman would also soon discover the positive and negative aspects of the chaos emeralds, collecting and duplicating them while Sonic, Knuckles, and Team Hooligan went at each other. Soon everyone involved would make their way to Eggman's new Atomic Destroyer, where Sonic would use the chaos emeralds to fight Metal Sonic's new monsterous form. Soon after this victory Sonic and Tails would part ways for a short time, Sonic on his way to Mobotropolis when Eggman would capture Sonic along with two others. Sonic would come to know these two as Mighty the Armadillo and Ray the flying Squirrel, the three working together to easily escape Eggman island while finding newfound respect for each other.💍After a few short adventures with his friends at Mobotropolis Sonic would get a distress signal from Tails, the fox finding something strange at Angel island. Upon arrival they'd find some egg robos excavating a strange gem from the ground, it soon warping everyone present to the Green hill zone and transforming the egg robos into the hard boiled heavies. From here on it was a race through familiar and new zones alike where Sonic would get help from a majority of his old friends, soon ending with Eggman, Heavy king, and himself in a three way brawl for the Phantom ruby. Upon victory Sonic would lose the emeralds once more, being dragged into his older self's world once more. The world Sonic came to was not the same that he had seen before, it seemed as though modern Eggman had found a way to create duplicates of the Phantom Ruby.💍After teaming up with his future self once more along with some new friends the phantom ruby would return the little blue savior to his original time, back on Angel island where he had started. He'd soon discover that Ray and Mighty had been captured once more, however one of them was an imposter. Sonic would then gather up his friends, eventually all of them working together to put an end to the Heavy king for what they thought would be the last time. Since then Sonic would go on all sorts of adventures with or without his friends, finally deciding to go for his nomadic life style full time. Some of Sonic's adventures after this point would consist of fighting in a tournament to decide who would fight Eggman, saving Flicky island from Eggman with the help of Sally, racing around with his friends, and defeating Metal Sonic, Tails doll, Metal Knuckles, and Heavy king once more when he tried to take over the Eggman empire.
